Our Mission at FPT

FPT will provide its clients with a training environment typified by exceptional coaching, small training group size, and state of the art performance programming. This environment allows FPT to better understand and serve our clients’ needs, which is the true key to improving performance and developing elite athletes.


FPT Instructors

  • All hold training certifications through the N.S.C.A.
  • All hold certifications in C.P.R.
  • Have over 12 years of experience training athletes from various sports and all ages
  • Have trained 5 teams ranked in the top 35 by the NCAA including a #1 ranking
  • Have trained 7 teams that have won club national championships
  • Have trained several NCAA All Americans and national award winners
  • Have trained several athletes that have played professionally
